What you'll do
  • Lead enterprise engagements — serve as the primary lead for PE and IB clients from scoping through delivery
  • Design and implement solutions — architect scalable platform configurations that address complex business challenges
  • Drive data strategy — analyze legacy data sets and lead migration planning to ensure long-term usability
  • Own quality and escalations — lead QA efforts and manage client escalations to maintain delivery integrity
  • Support pre-sales — contribute to scoping conversations and align proposed solutions with client needs
  • Elevate the team — share expertise, mentor junior consultants, and model best practices across engagements
What you'll need
  • 10+ yrs Client-facing enterprise SaaS implementation, with a track record of leading complex engagements
  • 3–5 yrs Private equity, investment banking, or related financial services experience
  • Familiarity with DealCloud platform or CRM best practices and enterprise SaaS implementation methodologies.
