Job Description

We are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. You will ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. You will also manage the creative execution process, including resource management for content strategy, user experience, design, copywriting, and business requirements. In this position, you will maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

As a Digital Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Project Execution:

  • Lead the execution of digital projects, including eCommerce and Digital Self-Service initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, both internal and external, to monitor progress, manage dependencies, and resolve potential roadblocks
  • Define and track project tasks, participants, dependencies, and critical details to ensure effective use of resources
  • Document and communicate scope changes, assess their impact on timelines, budgets, and resources, and adjust project plans accordingly

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Serve as the point of contact for project updates, issues, and communications for all assigned projects
  • Coordinate project meetings, distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure deliverables are incorporated into project timelines
  • Provide status updates, summarizing key project information for stakeholders

Resource & Risk Management:

  • Manage resources across strategy, UX, UI, copywriting, and product teams, ensuring alignment of business requirements with project execution
  • Track, assess, and escalate project risks as needed, providing leadership with recommendations for mitigation strategies

 Prioritization & Process Improvement:

  • Contribute to intake assessments, helping prioritize digital projects based on resource availability and business value
  • Support process improvements aimed at enhancing project delivery efficiency and quality
  • Lead project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable changes

 

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Experience: 5+ years in digital program management or a related field, with a Proven experience managing creative execution, including resource allocation for strategy, UX, UI, copywriting, and business requirements.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
    • Self-driven, curious, and enthusiastic, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse business partners
    • Familiarity with digital commerce platforms, self-service technologies, content management systems, analytics platforms
    • Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, as well as Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget

BONUS POINTS FOR:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing creative execution, including resource allocation, for large scale digital projects
  • Prior experience with the telecommunications industry
