Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and helping organizations navigate transformation? This is an exciting opportunity to support the Corporate Finance division by executing key change management and business transformation initiatives that have a meaningful impact across the enterprise.

As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with leaders and stakeholders to execute communication and engagement strategies, coordinate change readiness activities, and develop training and support materials that help teams prepare for critical business changes. Leveraging your expertise in change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement, you'll help ensure successful transformation outcomes and enable teams to confidently adopt new ways of working that advance both Corporate Finance objectives and broader enterprise priorities.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and monitors master change and communication plans. Contributes expertise and leads a business engagement plan, including ways of assessing readiness and feedback.
  • Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior change management experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy.
  • Communicates business transformation and change management status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
  • Provides oversight across communications and change management activities identifying possible integration opportunities. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years’ related work experience. One year min. of business transformation and or change management experience required.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Works well with ambiguity and fast- paced environments.
