Lead advanced analytics and modeling efforts: develop queries, prepare data, design and validate predictive and prescriptive models, mentor junior staff, engage stakeholders, deliver insights and recommendations, and apply modern data science and big-data techniques across business functions.

Define and own fraud prevention strategy for real-time payment channels by designing/managing rules and decision logic, partnering with Product/Engineering/Risk/Operations, leveraging analytics and models to tune controls, reduce false positives, and ensure governance and regulatory adherence while driving platform enhancements.

Leads the design and development of enterprise cloud, data, and agentic AI solutions using AWS, Amazon Bedrock, LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks. Builds intelligent search, knowledge retrieval, data pipelines, APIs, automation, and infrastructure-as-code capabilities. Establishes architecture and technical standards, ensures security and scalability, collaborates across business and engineering teams, and mentors engineers.

Configure, test, deploy, optimize, and support Workday Core HCM solutions. Manage business processes, organizations, security, calculated fields, condition rules, notifications, and staffing structures. Translate business requirements into scalable configurations, maintain governance and documentation, support releases and data integrity, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with HR, technology, security, reporting, integration teams, and vendors.

Leads the strategic vision and roadmap for debit card fraud prevention products, including transaction-level controls and real-time fraud interdiction throughout the card lifecycle. Defines product features, requirements, markets, and implementation plans; collaborates with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders; resolves production issues; improves client experience through qualitative and quantitative analysis; and coaches technical product teams toward effective delivery practices.

Design, build, and operate AWS cloud-native solutions using Python and CloudFormation. Lead cross-functional architecture, implement CI/CD, observability, security stacks, API integrations, and mentor engineers while balancing operational support.

Handles inbound inquiries from financial advisors, provides Vanguard and competitor product information, profiles prospects, and routes qualified leads to sales teams. Supports internal and external sales executives with client follow-up, product research, administrative requests, sales materials, email inquiries, advisor registration approvals, and internal reporting. Participates in special projects while developing sales, relationship management, investment product, communication, and analytical skills.

Leads end-to-end UX and product design for advisor-facing digital products, from discovery through delivery. Translates research, data, and business goals into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and scalable experiences. Collaborates with product, engineering, research, analytics, and business stakeholders; facilitates workshops and usability validation; presents design solutions to senior leaders; supports implementation quality; and contributes to design systems and UX standards. The role also incorporates generative AI and emerging technologies into design workflows and products.

Designs, implements, and supports enterprise cloud security systems and technologies. Troubleshoots complex production security issues, develops cloud data auditing methodologies, manages deployments and change controls, and performs systems analysis. Provides production support, documentation, technical guidance, and mentorship while partnering with clients to address business needs. Requires strong software, platform engineering, DevOps, cloud, authentication, incident response, and distributed-systems expertise.

Analyze technology spending, cost drivers, portfolio performance, operational metrics, and technology initiatives. Develop executive dashboards and reporting, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, monitor risks and dependencies, and support governance, planning, and decision-making. Partner with technology, finance, and business stakeholders while contributing cybersecurity knowledge, financial analysis, and technology governance expertise.

Designs, builds, and supports AWS cloud observability platforms and cloud-native applications. Manages serverless and containerized workloads, automates infrastructure with Python and Bash, develops Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, optimizes CI/CD pipelines, and ensures platform reliability and high availability. Partners with engineering teams on observability adoption, troubleshoots production systems, evaluates new technologies, coordinates vendors, and mentors junior engineers.

Designs, builds, supports, and modernizes cloud-based data transmission and integration solutions across AWS and Azure. Responsibilities include developing automation, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, event-driven integrations, observability, and secure data exchange. The role supports production environments, troubleshooting, on-call coverage, documentation, architectural discussions, and compliance requirements. It also provides technical guidance and mentorship while migrating legacy MFT and batch integrations to cloud-native, serverless patterns.

Supports technical product managers with user research, opportunity discovery, requirements definition, product artifacts, Agile delivery, backlog refinement, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration. Uses data, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform recommendations while developing technical fluency in APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, AI, machine learning, and automation. Receives mentorship and contributes to real-world digital product and platform initiatives.

Own and mature Adobe Journey Optimizer within Vanguard’s Financial Advisor Services marketing technology ecosystem. Lead onboarding, configuration, adoption, use-case development, operational standards, troubleshooting, and cross-functional consulting. Connect AJO with Marketo, Real-Time CDP, Target, tag management, Web SDK, and Customer Journey Analytics while helping marketers and engineering partners deliver measurable personalization, experimentation, and journey-orchestration outcomes.

Paid Summer 2027 internship for college students pursuing financial planning and CFP certification. Interns learn Vanguard’s investment philosophy and advice services, develop personal financial planning expertise, observe advisor-client interactions, and receive coaching and mentorship. Successful participants may be considered for entry-level financial advisor roles and CFP certification support programs.
