Responsibilities

  • Lead internal B2B results. This is inclusive of business planning, client strategy pipelines, and creating a feedback loop. Independently define business problems by consulting with business partners. Develop and oversee approach for research and experimentation; implements into BAU processes.
  • Synthesize analyses, key findings, and potential solutions into actionable recommendations. Prepare and deliver materials, including presentations, white papers, case studies, etc.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in order to derive key insights from highly complex data. Verify the quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of the data. Organize and deliver data with actionable insight to the business.
  • Stay abreast of industry, market, and business competitive trends. Lead efforts to keep the senior management team informed of key industry, competitive, and product trends. Recommend new and enhanced capabilities and services.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Project management / organization.
  • Strong understanding of B2B retirement landscape (sponsor and consultant).
  • Strong cross-divisional interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic selling and prioritization experience.
  • Pipeline management experience.
  • Executive influence and communication abilities.
