Lead and coach Agile Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives), maintain burndowns, velocity and capacity metrics, support the Product Owner, remove impediments, present project status to management, and drive team adoption of Scrum practices.

Plan and execute advisor-led and branch promotional events and campaigns for Individual Advisory Services. Manage client selection, invitations, vendor coordination, print/postage promotions, data submission (CRD), analytics and reporting, and compliance liaison across programs.

Perform monitoring, surveillance, and testing to ensure compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940, focusing on personal trading and non-public information surveillance. Identify and document issues, support testing and remediation, and maintain accurate compliance records.
