The Equipment Reliability Engineer improves equipment lifecycles by managing reliability initiatives, analyzing machine operations, leading failure investigations, and collaborating with various teams to enhance equipment performance.

Lead technical execution of capital projects at manufacturing plants: produce and maintain 2D/3D CAD layouts, verify foundations and structural requirements, support equipment installation, alignment and commissioning, troubleshoot in the field, coordinate vendors/contractors, manage project plans, schedules, budgets, documentation, and procurement activities while spending significant time on-site.

Lead capital projects across manufacturing sites from planning through commissioning. Define scope, build schedules, manage budgets, coordinate contractors and suppliers, review engineering/CAD documents, oversee on-site execution, track performance and change control, and ensure smooth handoff to plant teams.

Support optical fiber manufacturing by monitoring processes, troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis, implementing process improvements, maintaining documentation, training operators/technicians, leading improvement projects, and reporting process performance to management.

The Process Engineer will monitor and improve optical fiber manufacturing processes, conduct data analysis, and lead process improvement projects.

Lead Prysmian's global hyperscale commercial strategy, grow relationships with major cloud and AI providers, negotiate multi-year supply agreements, influence product roadmap, and build a global sales and technical team to drive revenue, market share, and strategic partnerships across data center, cloud, AI, and edge infrastructure markets.

Drives Power Distribution sales across the western region by developing sales strategies, growing utility and channel-partner accounts, negotiating pricing and contracts, managing forecasts, and achieving profitability goals. Lead and manage 2–4 high-voltage underground cable installation projects (69–345 kV). Oversee bidding, site supervision, schedules (MS Project), budgets, change orders, payroll, travel (up to 75%), and reporting to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Develop and deepen relationships with hyperscale, long-haul, and middle-mile customers to grow Prysmian's brand and sales. Identify decision makers, map project pipelines, share product specifications, gather competitive intelligence, influence product roadmap, train sales teams, and support marketing. Frequent travel and cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and field teams; evolve into a regional sales director role over time.
