Leads process improvement, manufacturing optimization, capital projects, equipment upgrades, material development, quality audits, and new product or process introductions for fiber cable production. Monitors process performance, analyzes engineering data, conducts root cause investigations, develops procedures and training materials, maintains KPIs, and coordinates cross-functional production transfers and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide PLC and PC-based controls support for optical fiber manufacturing: develop and maintain PLC programs, troubleshoot production issues, support equipment commissioning, ensure program backups, and follow safety and environmental standards.

Supports optical fiber manufacturing by monitoring and improving PCVD/APVD glass processes, troubleshooting equipment, analyzing process data, conducting root cause analysis, improving yield and uptime, and leading process improvement projects. The role also supports equipment commissioning, documentation, training, process changes, cost reduction, cross-functional collaboration, and rotating off-hours support.
