We communicate everything going on to your customer, team, carrier side, etc. No one should be left in the dark and even if you don't have an update to a problem being worked on, its good to let the other parties know you are actively working on a solution. Quick and clear communication and honesty is the best policy.

I challenge my team to think out of the ordinary. "How do we spice things up?" Encouraging the crazy ideas - let's see how we can implement it. Coming up on 5 years at Arrive I look at the amount of responsibility I've earned and it is what gets me excited about coming to work.
