Leads the Educational Supplies sales and business development strategy, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, pipeline conversion, retention, and key account development. Builds partnerships with schools, institutions, corporate organizations, vendors, and suppliers. Monitors regional sales performance, optimizes resources, resolves client issues, coordinates internal teams, and supports operational compliance. Provides team leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training while identifying market opportunities and improving customer service delivery.

Leads company-wide operations, including strategy, performance management, asset and facility maintenance, cost optimization, health and safety, compliance, people management, and continuous improvement. Oversees managers, operational processes, organizational resources, and profitability initiatives while establishing procedures, monitoring performance, and improving efficiency across departments.

Provides the company’s primary legal support across corporate, commercial, regulatory, contract, governance, compliance, employment, and risk matters. Advises the CEO and leadership, reviews and negotiates contracts and SLAs, manages statutory filings and corporate records, supports board documentation, coordinates external counsel, and assists HR, Finance, and Procurement with legal issues.

Leads the Corporate Sales business unit by developing sales strategy, growing revenue, managing key accounts, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships. Oversees sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, customer acquisition and retention, team development, and performance against targets. The role also manages major client relationships, negotiates contracts, identifies growth opportunities, coordinates with internal departments, and provides market and sales insights to management and the Board.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for technology products and services. Build sales pipelines through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development. Understand client needs, present technology solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, support deal closure, maintain client relationships, and report sales activity and pipeline performance.

Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications. Coordinates frontend and backend developers, translates requirements into technical plans, reviews code, mentors engineers, assigns tasks, monitors delivery, troubleshoots technical issues, and contributes to architecture decisions. Oversees APIs, databases, integrations, deployments, releases, security, performance, documentation, and application improvements while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.

Drive growth by onboarding truck operators and material suppliers, acquiring buyers (developers, contractors, site engineers, individuals), generating leads, pitching and demoing the platform, closing deals and driving first orders, maintaining supplier relationships, tracking pipeline, reporting weekly, and representing the company at sites and events across Lagos.

Own and build the company's full finance function: set up accounting systems and controls, manage bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and corporation tax filings, prepare management accounts, forecasts and budgets, support year-end and audits, and provide financial analysis and modelling to guide leadership decisions.
