Manage, investigate, and resolve attorney‑represented auto and homeowner bodily injury claims. Evaluate coverage, liability, damages; prepare trial reports; coordinate with counsel; ensure reserves and secure financial processing; identify SIU and subrogation opportunities; communicate with claimants and policyholders; oversee outside counsel billing and maintain claim file documentation.

Provides back-to-back phone support for billing, programming, technical troubleshooting, and product questions.
