Job Overview
Our innovative, entrepreneurial, high-performing team is seeking a leader to help execute upon the firm’s outsourced wealth solution strategy in support of credit unions.  Reporting up to the SVP, Outsourced Wealth Strategy for Financial Institutions, the individual will be a leader on a team helping develop and guide the vision for LPL’s financial institution channel.  This role requires an individual with analytical and strategic agility as well as someone who understands what is needed to support successful wealth programs in banks and credit unions. 

This role will join the Business Strategy and Growth team where we unite strategy, experience, and innovation to enhance the overall client experience for advisors, large enterprises and institutions. BSG plays a critical role in everything from setting and executing on our firm’s strategic direction to developing and delivering powerful business services that help our clients succeed. With the goal of enhancing our client’s day to day experience in everything we do, we seek to proactively identify and address our clients' most significant challenges. Together, the BSG team works to establish LPL as the model of choice in Wealth Management. 
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Execute upon the established business strategy by driving policy, process, and product enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional leaders. 

  • Establish and leverage data to track key program performance indicators, identify trends and ensure projects and programs align to company priorities.

  • Build consistent process to identify and share key program performance metrics with program leaders, wealth executives, and other internal and external key stakeholders. 

  • Partner with relationship management team and program leaders to build and execute scalable solutions to enhance and grow credit union wealth programs. 

  • Collaborate with business development and solutions design teams to develop and maintain a standardized implementation and effective onboarding process for new credit union wealth programs.  

  • Develop and maintain working relationship with process improvement and commercial delivery groups to identify opportunities for process, capability, and experience development and lead improvement efforts to increase optimal client experience and channel growth. 

  • Monitor and analyze emerging trends, developments, and players across the industry to inform the company’s view of opportunities and approach to innovation. 

  • Support the development of the “north star” of experience and capabilities that LPL is seeking to deliver to our credit union clients. Be part of a team actively serving as the voice of credit union when prioritizing internal investment opportunities and company focus. 

  • Evaluate, analyze, and manage business line business intelligence framework, metrics, and toolsets.

Requirements: 

  • 7-10+ years of experience in the financial services space, including direct background with financial institution wealth programs

  • 5+ years of leadership experience within the financial institution ecosystem

  • Willingness and ability to travel, as needed

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and business leaders to develop, manage, execute and implement strategies

Pay Range:

$145,436.00 - $242,359.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
