We are looking for a Vice President of Account Management to lead our client relationships, guide a high-performing team, and drive results across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets.
As VP of Account Management, you’ll be the senior relationship leader—trusted by clients to anticipate needs, unlock new opportunities, and deliver strategies that fuel growth. You’ll:

Build and lead an account management team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and execution.

Partner with clients to understand their goals, uncover insights, and design solutions that make an impact.

Guide the development of marketing and sales strategies that span omnichannel campaigns, digital engagement, creative messaging, and measurable results.

Serve as a key partner to new business, ensuring a smooth transition from pitch to long-term client success.

Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate industry challenges and seize opportunities.
We’re seeking a proven leader who brings:

8–12+ years in account management leadership within an agency, consultancy, or marketing role (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C).

Building industry or multi-channel/multi-audience experience strongly preferred.

Deep expertise in marketing strategy, digital, omnichannel, and MarTech solutions.

A track record of building and mentoring successful account teams.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where client expectations and opportunities evolve quickly.

A BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or Communications required; MBA preferred.
