Job Description

• Analysis of Design and Architecture documentation

• Experience with the development models and software development lifecycle (SDLC) model.

• Expertise in Web Application development including MVC framework, Spring, Java/J2EE, log4j, JSP, Apache Tomcat, WSDL, Soap UI, Maven deployment utility etc.

• Experience in designing and developing applications in VXML, CCXML and SCXML

• Must have hands on Development of GVP call flow and architecture

• Experience in Genesys Voice Portal (GVP), Nuance speech recognition, grammar development, Text to speech, Nuance Development Framework (NDF), Nuance Dialog Module (NDM)

• Must have knowledge in generating call flow design and code using Nuance application studio.

• Experience in deploying contact center routing solutions to Linux and Windows platforms

• Good understanding in deployment of Genesys 7.X & 8.X framework components

• Must have knowledge on telephony integration using TServers and SIP servers in TDM and VoIP environments.

• Must be proficient in writing the routing code using IRD and Composer.

• Must have knowledge on implementation of URS, ORS, Resource Managers, Media Server, Web Servers

• Knowledge on Genesys integration with Avaya telephony hardware

• Experience in multi channel routing will be of added qualification

• Must have excellent domain knowledge on IVR, CTI call routing.

• Must have knowledge on IVR Designing & solutioning.

• Must have excellent software design and documentation skills.

• Must have excellent communication for client Relationship & presentation capability

• Able to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business units and senior leadership

• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment.

• Coordinates the installation, configuration, and maintenance of application components

• Assesses voice performance to ensure that it meets the present and future needs of the enterprise

• Production Support, deployment & Troubleshooting the  call flows

1-3 Yrs     

US citizen , Green Card , EAD (GC) can apply
