Serve as primary technical authority for Appian BPM operations: install, upgrade, patch, deploy, monitor and correct processes, manage permissions, migrate platforms, troubleshoot servers and applications, and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance.

Design, develop, and support IBM Cognos TM1 planning, forecasting, analytical and reporting solutions. Work independently and with vendor/customer teams, interact with business users, and partner with Tech Lead and management to meet stakeholder expectations.

Administer, deploy, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade Appian BPM applications (v6.1). Manage Appian application permissions, apply patches and updates, migrate Appian services to new platforms, and provide server/application-level support and customer-focused technical troubleshooting.

Design, execute, and analyze SAP performance tests (load, stress, endurance, spike, capacity) for the eLedger platform. Collect performance data via Solution Manager/Introscope/SiteScope, identify bottlenecks across web/app/db layers, tune SQL/indexes, produce test plans, scripts, reports, and guide developers to remediate issues.

Design and execute performance tests (stress, load, volume, capacity, long-duration, failover); gather requirements and assess infrastructure; develop test plans and clients; create and enhance LoadRunner scripts using Java/.NET; coordinate with middleware and backend teams; analyze errors, tune performance, and publish results.

Provide SAP ABAP development and support with emphasis on FI/GL/FA: code reviews, troubleshooting, FRICEW delivery, performance tuning, archiving architecture and implementation (ADK/ArchiveLink/BW nearline), DaRT configuration, interfaces (IDocs/RFC/BAPI), data conversions, and cross-team liaison to deliver solutions and process improvements.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE enterprise web applications across presentation, business, and database tiers. Implement Spring- and Hibernate-based solutions, SOAP/REST web services, JMS integration, and Oracle/SQL backend coding. Build reporting with Jasper, write unit tests with JUnit, perform performance tuning, and work with stored procedures. JBPM experience is a plus.

Design and architect Hadoop/Cloudera-based data warehouse solutions, integrate with Teradata and mainframe systems, apply data warehousing best practices, and support banking-domain requirements. Provide technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication for onsite delivery.

Design and deliver reusable web service interfaces (SOAP/REST) using a model-driven approach. Identify service candidates, document designs, collaborate across teams, support Agile projects, and apply banking/financial domain knowledge to evolve enterprise service models.

Provide functional expertise for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Procurement (Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier Portal). Gather business requirements, perform process mapping and gap analysis, author MD50 and functional design documents, support data migration, clarify requirements with business users, and facilitate technical development and customization (AME approval knowledge a plus).

Senior Linux/IIS administrator responsible for IBM DataStage ETL administration, Linux platform engineering, Autosys administration and upgrades, IIS suite management (9.1+), and automation via shell/Perl/AWK scripting.

Administer and support large-scale Hadoop clusters including design, capacity planning, setup, performance tuning, monitoring, security (Kerberos/LDAP/AD), and Linux system administration. Develop shell scripts and manage Hadoop ecosystem components and storage capacity.

DB2/Vertica DBA responsible for data warehouse design, data modeling (star schema), and database administration. Must have hands-on experience with Vertica, DB2 (DPF) or Hadoop, in-database processing (SAS), performance tuning, query optimization, and working with developers to build database tools and establish best practices. Full-time onsite role.

Analyze fraud risk across online and mobile channels, perform data-driven assessments using SQL/SAS, create fraud risk assessments and presentations, recommend controls and remediation, and coordinate with Fraud Ops, Product, and Technology teams.

Senior front-end developer to build a responsive Global UI codebase from designer assets, support application teams, adopt modern UI technologies, optimize performance, and ensure 508 accessibility using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, preprocessors, and JS frameworks.

Administer and build Hadoop data warehouse environments (Cloudera), manage user authentication, security file systems and password encryption, create folder structures, and support midrange tools. Role requires extensive data warehouse administration experience, banking domain knowledge, and familiarity with mainframe/Teradata administration (preferred). Strong problem solving and communication skills required.

Senior front-end developer responsible for building responsive web applications using MV* JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Backbone), JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5/CSS3, CSS preprocessors (SCSS/LESS), and client-side build tools (Grunt/Gulp).

Develop and maintain responsive web user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and MV* frameworks (e.g., Angular, Backbone). Implement styles with CSS preprocessors (SCSS/LESS), use client-side build tools (Grunt/Gulp), and ensure cross-device testing and performance of UI components.

Design and develop Java-based applications using Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle. Contribute across the development lifecycle, ensure designs meet specifications, manage an offshore team, meet tight deadlines, and communicate status to senior management. Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.

Lead BPM solution design using Pega to define process flows, UI use cases, business rules and run UAT. Create process models, prototypes, run workshops, mentor stakeholders, map processes to BPM platforms, and support implementation across SDLC/Agile phases. Participate in documentation, stakeholder alignment, and may support pre-sales.
