About this role:
This position supports the reliability and quality of enterprise broadcast and video productions that enable executive communications, workforce engagement, and corporate storytelling. This individual contributor will apply video and audio engineering knowledge and production support experience to help ensure production readiness, operational continuity, and positive audience experiences across live and recorded events. The person in this role will assist with troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining production systems, and supporting broadcast operations that enable successful delivery of high-impact business communications. This position will contribute to dependable production workflows and broadcast operations that support enterprise communications initiatives.
This role follows a hybrid work schedule and is based at 550 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC. The Wells Fargo job profile is Media Production Consultant.
In this role, you will:
  • Support production workflows that improve quality, consistency, and operational effectiveness
  • Maintain production systems and equipment to support live and recorded enterprise broadcasts
  • Serve as A1 for selected live in-person events, providing both the front of house and broadcast mix
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate more complex challenges when appropriate
  • Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of broadcast and production environments
  • Support executive communications, enterprise events, and other high-visibility productions
  • Contribute to production and engineering improvements that enhance operational performance
  • Perform testing and validation activities to help ensure production readiness
  • Document workflows, procedures, and technical standards to support operational consistency
  • Partner with production team members to deliver reliable broadcast and video services
  • Support day-to-day broadcast operations and production delivery for enterprise communications
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Technical Operations experience, Video Equipment Operation experience, experience with a Production Agency or Broadcast Media company, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting broadcast, video production, or media operations environments
  • Experience assisting with live event, webcast, or video production support
  • Experience as an A1 in a live event scenario
  • Experience maintaining production equipment, studios, or control room operations
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to video production and broadcast systems
  • Experience with production workflows, signal flow, and broadcast technologies
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
