JOB DESCRIPTION

The Vice President, Streaming Yield, will be responsible for managing the pricing and inventory across the Streaming footprint.  The primary goal for the Vice President, Yield Streaming is to drive ad revenue and yield across Fox’s streaming products.  Additional responsibilities include the management and forecasting of the inventory, along with setting the pricing and packaging guidelines.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Optimize revenue across Fox’s streaming ad inventory by identifying areas of opportunity to drive monetization through the growth of both inventory supply and marketplace demand.

  • Develop pricing and inventory Sales tools related to streaming to drive adoption, packaging and demand

  • Lead efforts to build efficiencies and processes around Streaming and the integration into the One Fox ad product to generate scale and volume.

  • Build a reporting and analysis suite that will both drive yield management and assist executive leadership in understanding performance, trends and opportunities.

  • Build cross-functional strategies unique to the streaming marketplace to drive scale and demand across the entire suite of streaming ad products.

  • Partner with sales to develop rate cards and manage all pricing decisions across this inventory with a focus on maximizing yield

  • Forecast inventory capacities across all aspects of Streaming, and forecast transactional avails for contextual and audience targeted campaigns

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in digital advertising

  • 5-10+ years of experience managing digital pricing and inventory including the management of streaming video.

  • Experienced in building and driving ad monetization strategies specific to the trends and opportunities of streaming video.

  • Experienced in building detailed reporting and data visualizations to tell a story and develop strategies.

  • Experienced in leading teams and implementing effective processes

  • Strong ability to work and collaborate with other teams to drive cross-functional success

  • Effective communicator with the ability to educate all levels of the organization to ensure alignment on strategies and priorities

  • Proficient in digital ad servers, BI tools (Tableau a plus) and sales planning and order management systems (Salesforce, AOS)

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $185,500.00-222,500.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $154,500.00-185,400.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
