Areas of Responsibility

 

  • Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Content & Messaging: Oversee the creation of engaging content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers) that highlights the value of AI-powered insights and value-based care solutions.
  • Digital Campaigns: Design and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels, including email, social media, PPC, and SEO, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Customer Insights: Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather customer feedback and market insights, ensuring our marketing efforts meet the needs of healthcare providers.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering a creative, data-driven, and collaborative environment.
    • Brand Development: Strengthen our brand presence in the health tech space, positioning us as a thought leader in AI-driven healthcare solutions.

Ideal Qualifications for this Position

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in health tech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in value-based care, EHR systems, and AI applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Deep understanding of Medicare advantage, traditional Medicare, commercial ACA, and Medicaid program management
  • Experience with Risk adjustment, quality measures, and utilization management a plus.
  • Customer focus in MSO, Payer, ACO, and chronic care specialty healthcare entities.
  • Experience engaging senior finance, risk, and quality ICP’s.

Other Important Information about this Position

  • This position may be primarily remote, with some presence in our Denver, Colorado office necessary at times. 
  • This position requires regular travel to visit current and potential customers
  • The ability to work productively and without interruption or distraction during Mountain Time business hours is essential.

Salary for this role is $135,000 - $165,000/year plus equity, with final offer based on demonstrated experience
