Overview

About the Role


As Instacart’s rapid growth continues, we are looking to add to our B2B Marketing team. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager who will serve as the conduit between the Product and Marketing teams for Eversight and Data products, owning positioning and messaging of products to support smooth product and feature launches, bringing feedback from Brands and Retailers back to Product, and partnering with Product to build a strong data product roadmap by serving as voice of the customer and voice of the field.

Instacart’s mission is to power every grocery transaction; and the Enterprise B2B business is building the path by offering retailers and brands industry-leading e-commerce, fulfillment, in-store, and ad tech products that allow them to grow and compete in the marketplace. 


About the Job 

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Instacart’s existing data products and the Eversight by Instacart SaaS product suite
  • Author the positioning and messaging of our product offerings, develop sales narratives, and create collateral such as sales decks, launch communications, and more
  • Serve as the voice of the customer (retailer, brand, etc.) when partnering with the Product team to develop the product roadmap
  • Own go-to-market strategy for pilot and feature launches, developing unique and compelling marketing strategies that resonate with with CPG retail audiences
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis for Instacart’s Enterprise products
  • Collect and aggregate feedback from internal and external stakeholders on their needs and pain points
  • Partner with growth marketing and events to drive product awareness and adoption
  • Create awareness and lead gen campaigns that build sales pipeline
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Insights to draw compelling insights and bring current successes to life through case studies and testimonials

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years marketing experience, 3+ years in Product Marketing at a SaaS company
  • Experience in Grocery and/or CPG retail industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly and easily
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
  • High proficiency with Google Slides and comfort with basic analytics
  • Strong business judgment and creative problem solving skills 
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to navigate and influence internal management-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • An interest in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment and innovating amidst ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B marketing
  • Experience working on Data products
