About the Role:
Join Marsh McLennan’s internal AI team to design intuitive, consumer-grade user interfaces for our AI platform. You’ll work closely with engineers and product teams to create elegant, user-cantered experiences using Figma, while driving design improvements through user research and feedback.
What You Can Expect:
- Lead UI design and prototyping in Figma for a complex AI product.
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI features into clear, accessible interfaces.
- Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to support design ideation and workflows.
We Will Count on You To:
- Deliver polished, user-friendly UI designs that meet high standards.
- Drive user research efforts and translate insights into design improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers and product teams.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate on consumer-grade UI components and flows in Figma.
- Plan and run user interviews and usability tests; analyse feedback to improve designs.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles.
What You Need to Have:
- 4+ years in UX/UI or Product Design with a strong portfolio.
- Expert-level skills in Figma, including prototyping and design systems.
- Experience conducting user interviews and integrating feedback into design iterations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in hybrid teams using Microsoft Teams and Azure DevOps.
