  • Support business testing and validation of reporting, workflow, configuration, or system changes by executing test scenarios, reviewing outputs, and documenting results.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of controls and workflows over time and escalate process risks, data issues, SLA concerns, or workflow breakdowns.
  • Prepare clear summaries, visuals, and presentations for trading, operations, technical partners, and leadership.
  • Maintain monitoring procedures, metric definitions, control documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify practical opportunities to reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and improve consistency and efficiency across trading workflows.
  • Work cross-functionally with trading, operations, technology, and other partners to support continuous improvement and shared operational outcomes.

  • Technical aptitude and curiosity, with comfort learning new systems, working with structured data, and partnering with technical teams.
  • Experience using recurring reports, dashboards, or operational metrics to monitor performance and support decision-making.
  • Experience participating in user acceptance testing, business validation, quality review, or implementation support for workflow or system changes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain issues, findings, and recommended next steps.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
