The position is based in the United States. Applicants must hold US citizen or US permanent resident status. 

About the position 

Drives the overall strategy and execution for the technical alliance program. Develops relationships with executive-level stakeholders within partner organizations and aligns partner strategies with Keyfactor's objectives.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute technical alliance strategies worldwide.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key executives within partner organizations.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of joint marketing and demand generation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among sales, marketing, and product teams for partner success.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual agreements with partners.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with partnership engagements.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding alliance performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced experience in technology partner program management, with the ability to design and implement effective partner enablement initiatives including joint solutions development.
  • Executive leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to drive departmental strategy, lead cross-functional projects, and manage executive relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of business operations, industry trends, and strategic planning.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
