The Opportunity
The Tech Enablement Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for evolving the Global Infrastructure (GI) Intake process and advancing data-driven decision-making across Application Platform Technologies. This role drives the maturation of KPI frameworks, enhances reporting capabilities, and partners with senior leadership to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights. The position plays a critical role in improving transparency, optimizing collaboration, and enabling consistent, insight-led execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the evolution of the KPI framework, GI intake processes, and performance practices to deliver consistent, enterprise-grade insights and scalable operational models.
• Create clear, actionable insights by translating intake, delivery, and operational data into executive-ready narratives, visualizations, and reporting solutions (including Power BI dashboards).
• Oversee the integration of disparate data sources, the design of scalable reporting solutions, and the identification of KPI gaps to improve data quality, relevance, and decision-making value.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across GI, application teams, and partners to align on intake requirements, delivery expectations, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop adoption strategies, KPI standards, and enhanced intake processes that drive data-driven decision-making, process efficiency, and organizational transparency.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, communication efforts, and feedback mechanisms to ensure alignment, streamline workflows, and support ongoing process and performance improvements.

The expected salary range for this position is $105,400 - $145,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics/Reporting.
- Strong experience with Power BI, KPI reporting, data visualization, performance insights, and executive dashboard design.
- Strong experience integrating multiple data sources into unified, actionable reporting solutions.
- Working knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Track record of driving process improvement, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Experience in organizational change management, strong presentation, executive communication skills, and adoption strategies at larger enterprises.
- Exposure to Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Cloud-based technologies.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and emerging capabilities, particularly in workflow automation and analytics.
