About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to own the hardware pipeline behind our data center buildout. You'll source strategically, negotiate directly with manufacturers, and build the processes and supplier relationships that let us scale. The function is still young — the systems you design now will define how Nebius buys hardware for years.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own hardware sourcing end to end: from requirement and RFQ through negotiation, ordering, and delivery to data center sites in the US.
  • Manage supplier relationships across distributors, ODMs and manufacturers for servers and GPU racks, network equipment, optics and cables, mechanicals, power, and other data center IT equipment — and grow our qualified supplier base.
  • Run quote and total-cost analyses across vendors; drive pricing, lead time, and terms negotiations on high-value programs.
  • Work daily with engineering, finance, logistics, and data center operations to keep deployments on schedule.
  • Build the dashboards, tooling, and processes that make the supply chain function scale with the company

We expect you to have:

  • 8+ years in hardware supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing, including hands-on sourcing in at least one of: network equipment (switches), optics and cables (transceivers, DAC/AOC), mechanicals (racks, rails, enclosures), or power (rack PDUs, power shelves, busbars).
  • A track record of negotiating directly with hardware manufacturers or distributors, with an existing supplier network.
  • Strong analytical skills — you compare quotes apples to apples, model total cost, and back decisions with data.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and speed: priorities shift, timelines are aggressive, and you'll often be building the process as you run it.
  • Clear communicator across technical and business teams.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Understanding of Netsuite.

Why it matters:

This is a rare opportunity to step in at a formative moment — to shape the systems and processes that will define how we scale. It’s a high-impact role, visible across the company, and essential to our success.

Key employee benefits in the US:

  • Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
  • Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Disability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries ranging from $115K to $275K OTE, which includes base salary and performance bonus. Equity in the form of RSUs may be available at certain salary grades.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
  • Hybrid working arrangements.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.

We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us!

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • Flexibility and ownership
  • Collaborative and innovative culture
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
  • International environment and talented teams

What's it like to work at Nebius:

Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI
