Description and Requirements
Duties: Participate in technical design and development of cross functional, application systems to solve complex business problems. Develop application framework components that are used to build innovative solutions in support of unique business products. Provide technical support to project teams throughout the software development life cycle of technology platforms with solution design, security, debugging, profiling, and performance tuning. Design and code complex programs, create automated test transactions, and run tests. Monitor operating efficiency of existing application systems. Maintain records to document program development and revisions. Work closely with enterprise architecture to ensure the solution and design align with internal IT roadmap.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus six (6) years of experience building enterprise-scale distributed applications. Must also possess the following experience (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): experience performing solution design, data modeling, and building microservice applications using Java/J2EE, Groovy, and JavaScript; experience implementing microservices architecture using Spring Boot framework, Netflix OSS components and packaging application; experience creating event driven applications using RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Azure Service Bus; experience automating application build, development, scaling, and management using Azure DevOps, Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes container orchestration technologies; experience performing data storage using MongoDB, Cosmos SQL, HBase, and cache activities using Redis; experience monitoring and optimizing applications using Application Dynamics, Splunk, and Azure Application Insight; and, experience providing vendor resources training and reviewing work products prepared by team and vendor consultants.

The wage range for applicants for this position is $133,602.00 to $ 1 46,900.00 per Year . This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
