Develop and implement Oracle HCM Cloud applications, enhance integrations with third-party vendors, and support payroll and benefits processes.
Description and Requirements
Duties: Develop software applications and deliver successful deployments to production and roll-out to the user community in accordance with the software development life cycle to ensure integration with IT infrastructure. Participate in requirement and design discussion with business team to develop comprehensive end-to-end solution for different HCM modules using Oracle Cloud ERP application. Design and implement complex business rules to transform it to Cloud Applications with custom logic using Oracle Fast formulas, Value Sets, User Defined Tables, HCM Extracts, Inbound and outbound feeds, Element Entries, workflow and functional configurations for modules involving HCM Benefits, HCM Payroll, HCM Absence and HCM Core HR. Perform technical fit and gap sessions to analyze and identify requirements, including integration for HCM/Oracle HCM Cloud. Create custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI and work on data model functionality along with Bursting query to provide the flexibility to represent the output data in desired format. Perform data migration using Oracle HCM Cloud tool and configuration packages. Design and create data loader programs and upload data into the HCM Cloud systems using HCM Data Loader and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader. Analyze and implement new features of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications provided in quarterly release. Support the fixing of IT issues during off-cycle and on-cycle payroll processes, as well as yearly benefits open enrollment processes. Building and enhancement of integration between MetLife Oracle HR System, data warehouse and some third-party vendors such as ADP, Cartus, Alight, Towers Watson.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus eight (8) years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and bug fixing in Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including utilizing Oracle Value Sets, Oracle Fast Formulas, Oracle User Defined Tables, Oracle HCM Extracts, Maestro(Tivoli), HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), BI Publisher, OTBI, and Data Models. Specific skills/other requirements - Experience must include: building and enhancing integration between an Oracle HR System, data warehouse and third-party vendors such as ADP, Cartus, Alight, Towers Watson. Functional experience with at least three (3) of the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and Absence Management. The wage range for applicants for this position is $125,000.00 to $ 146,900.00 per year. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
