JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sr. Analyst of FP&A is responsible for providing reliable financial reporting information to Take 5 Oil Change Leadership and Finance Leadership team that is used to make decisions impacting the performance of the corporation. This role will be primarily focused on supporting the consolidation and new unit growth development for the Take 5 Segment through monthly reporting, modeling and ad-hoc support.

This role reports to the Vice President of FP&A and offers visibility with the Take 5 Executive Leadership Team as well as a high level of cross-functional interaction with the Operations, Business Development, Procurement and Accounting teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidation of Franchise and Company Operated brand results for monthly KPI’s and reporting
  • Report and analyze new unit performance identifying trends and differences between stores
  • Build financial models to look at the impact of proposed development incentives
  • Review M&A underwriting
  • Work across operations, procurement and accounting to help drive accurate inventory at a site level
  • Assist Company Operated (COSC) and Franchise FP&A teams during month-end close as needed
  • Conduct variance analysis on monthly and quarterly results, comparing actual performance to forecast and budgets for total Take 5 Segment
  • Assist in preparing presentations for the Board of Directors and senior leadership
  • Support the team in ad hoc requests and quantifying financials that results in a clear message for leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Accounting or Finance, preferred)
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably with a public company
  • Self-starter with proven abilities to effectively engage cross-functional teams
  • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required and experience with ERP systems
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities against multiple deadlines
  • Able to work well with people across multiple functions
