We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to drive the Learning & Enablement initiatives across our AMER region, encompassing both the Enterprise Emerging and Industries business units. This role is pivotal in aligning enablement strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and enhancing the capabilities of our field teams, partners, and customers.

The impact you will have:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy tailored to the unique needs of the Enterprise Emerging and Industries BUs within the AMER region.
  • Team Management:
    Lead and mentor a diverse team of enablement professionals, ensuring alignment with regional goals and fostering professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure cohesive and effective enablement programs.
  • Program Development:
    Design and implement innovative learning programs that cater to various audiences, including internal teams, partners, and customers.

What we look for:

  • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or a related field, with a focus on technology or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of the AMER market dynamics, especially within the Enterprise Emerging and Industries sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with modern learning technologies and methodologies.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with Databricks' Lakehouse Platform and its applications.
    • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
