About the Role:

As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, within our Go-to-Market Applications team, you will be a driver of CrowdStrike’s growth over the next year and beyond. Our team consists of business analysts, developers, and testers building the next generation of sales tools to drive CrowdStrike growth to $10 billion. CrowdStrike is seeking a strategic leader who drives the development and execution of the go-to-market applications roadmap, bridging business needs with technical solutions while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap, and coordinate and execute projects and enhancements.

  • Provide strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, evaluate options, and design and deliver quality solutions.

  • Own functional tasks and deliverables, including: process definition, requirements gathering, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of business applications.

  • Create and maintain project, application and architectural design documents and Salesforce development best practices.

  • Work to drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes and systems.

  • Ensure the consistency and quality of the Experience, Sales Cloud, and related data across all applications

  • Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality solutions.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of business analysis, product management, or equivalent experience - preferably in a business systems environment.

  • Experience working in a business consulting role with exceptional stakeholder management.

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

  • Strong understanding of user experience design and best practices.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical functions.

Bonus Points:

  • Salesforce certifications and/or CLM experience.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $110,000 - $190,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
