About this Role:

The Senior Director of the Strategic Business group focuses on and leads efforts and interventions that will improve how CrowdStrike operates, scales, and evolves business management processes, practices, and transformations. Efforts can be highly focused on solving a critical problem the company is facing, to multifunction challenges that require coordination of multiple key stakeholders and the ability to gather and draw meaningful conclusions from multiple data sources.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop solutions to complex organization challenges, e.g., financial innovation, M&A, process improvement, and business architecture.

  • Develop and implement financial models and strategies that provide insight and align with market dynamics and organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless strategy execution, leveraging insights from product, marketing, sales, finance, business development, Intel, CTO, and services.

  • Conduct extensive market and financial analysis to support strategy formulation and risk management.

  • Mentor and guide teams, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic vision. 

What You'll Need:

  • 6-10+ years of progressive experience and depth in business, financial, and competitive analysis, negotiation and building agreements, recommendation, and solution development.

  • Strong background in data gathering, analysis, presentation, and communications.  

  • Preferably, the candidate will have extensive leadership experience at an advisory firm, working directly with client-customers and stakeholders and building multi-disciplinary teams.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $190,000 - $285,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
