About the Role:
The Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) organization at CrowdStrike is seeking an exceptional Principal, Business Operations leader to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives across our global infrastructure teams. This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the organization's day-to-day operations, developing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency at scale.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex operational challenges into actionable plans while working cross-functionally to align operational functions with company-wide objectives.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field

12+ years of progressive experience in technology operations leadership

Proven track record of driving operational transformation in high-growth environments

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $135,000 - $225,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
