The Broadband Business Intelligence team supports business decision-making by delivering commercial, customer, product, and marketing insights that improve business performance and customer experience.The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze and communicate quantitative and qualitative data, with a strong focus on marketing analytics, including campaign performance, customer acquisition, retention, segmentation, channel effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytics with visual storytelling and can translate business questions into dashboards, insights, and executive-ready recommendations. This role will help shape decisions across marketing, product, and broadband business performance.
This is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days per week in-office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from sources including Databricks, web analytics platforms, customer data, digital engagement data, and third-party datasets.
- Evaluate marketing performance across campaigns, channels, audiences, products, and customer segments to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop insights and recommendations that improve customer acquisition, retention, marketing effectiveness, and business performance.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Finance, Sales, and Technology teams to define business questions, KPIs, measurement approaches, and reporting needs.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive-ready presentations.
- Use data visualization and storytelling to communicate marketing performance, customer behavior, funnel performance, and business outcomes.
- Support the design and development of scalable reporting structures, analytical models, and self-service BI capabilities.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience, advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or similar degree.
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, marketing analytics, customer analytics, or a related analytical role.
- 4+ years of experience with Tableau and SQL.
- Experience analyzing marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, retention, segmentation, funnel performance, channel effectiveness, or marketing ROI.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs such as conversion, cost per acquisition, churn, retention, lifetime value, campaign lift, and attribution.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Experience working with cloud data environments such as Databricks, AWS Redshift, Azure, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A/B testing, incrementality, attribution, campaign measurement, or other test-and-learn methodologies preferred.
- Customer-level behavioral data, audience segmentation, lifecycle analytics, web analytics, CRM, or digital marketing platforms preferred.
- Connect marketing activity to outcomes such as subscriber growth, revenue, churn, engagement, and customer lifetime value preferred.
- Experience in broadband, telecommunications, subscription services, digital marketing, or other customer-growth businesses preferred.
