As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL.
Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking passionate Software Engineers with the following technology skills:
- Apache Kafka Administration and Development
- Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Kafka Producers, Consumers, and Kafka Streams
- Kafka Connect and Schema Registry
- Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
- CI/CD using Jenkins and GitHub
- Monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar tools
- Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Agile Development Methodologies

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
• Facilitates complex problem resolution.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $86,250.00 – $158,125.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
