Lead architecture, integration, installation, upgrade, and enterprise implementation of Privileged Access Management tools (CyberArk, Entra, BeyondTrust). Design and code complex software solutions, align business strategy with technology, provide technical guidance, and lead problem-solving and documentation for PAM initiatives.

Lead and mature detection and incident response lifecycle, run day-to-day SOC operations, manage on‑call readiness, drive SIEM detections and automation, coordinate cross‑team responses, maintain playbooks and run readiness exercises, mentor analysts, and ensure regulatory and post‑incident improvements.

Provide high-volume, phone-based technical support and first-line resolution for hardware, software, networking and access issues. Log and track incidents in ServiceNow/ITSM, escalate complex problems, suggest process improvements, and maintain security and confidentiality while working from an approved remote workspace on a set evening/weekend schedule.

Lead UI architecture and design for responsive web applications; build reusable components with Angular/React/Vue and TypeScript/JavaScript; integrate UIs with RESTful microservices; enforce accessibility, security, testing, and CI/CD standards; mentor developers and collaborate with UX, backend, and DevOps teams in Agile environments.

The role involves supporting production environments, troubleshooting incidents, upgrading systems, and training staff on Hogan migration. It emphasizes monitoring system performance and ensuring compliance with technology standards.
