The Senior UX-UI Designer is responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and experiences, conducting user research, and collaborating with teams. They develop design systems, analyze user feedback, and communicate designs effectively while participating in Agile processes.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms, ensuring the highest usability standards.
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors, informing design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on design vision and execution.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including style guides and component libraries, to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously elevate the design process.
- Analyze user feedback and analytics to iteratively refine and enhance user experiences.
- Effectively communicate design decisions and concepts to team members and clients, building a shared understanding of design goals.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with the team to prioritize and deliver design solutions in alignment with project timelines.
- Provide ongoing support to development teams by supplying design specifications and assets, ensuring seamless implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related fields.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with user research methodologies and conducting usability tests.
- Ability to create effective wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI projects and design process.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working in an Agile development environment and participating in sprints.
