BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is on the lookout for a talented UX UI Designer (Mid-Senior) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences for our software applications.
You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and appealing design solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring that our products deliver a seamless user experience across all platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and be excited about staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in UX UI design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies
