BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-centric designs that meet our clients' needs and goals. You will work closely with our development and product teams to ensure that the designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and intuitive.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the design process from ideation to implementation. You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs. You will also contribute to the overall visual and interactive design direction of our products, ensuring consistency and a seamless user experience across different platforms and devices.
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design elements.
• Knowledge of current design trends, including responsive design and mobile app design.
• Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
