As a Senior Test Engineer, you’ll help our product teams deliver reliable software by shaping test strategies, building scalable automation, and pushing products to their limits. You’ll also put AI-powered tools and intelligent agents to work to improve how we test throughout the software development life cycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Analyze product specifications and complex software systems to develop test strategies that address risks and gaps.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation using Playwright and C#, expanding coverage across web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
  • Develop automated and performance tests that validate functionality, integration, and end-to-end workflows.
  • Bring a quality engineering perspective to technical discussions, product design, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and task estimation.
  • Build and integrate AI-powered tools and intelligent agents into QA frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate test generation, improve defect identification, and streamline testing.
  • Mentor teammates and drive adoption of effective testing practices, strategies, and tools.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll work across multiple small, Agile product teams, partnering closely with engineers and product teammates throughout development. As a senior member of Test Engineering, you’ll help guide testing decisions, share your expertise, and make quality a shared responsibility across the teams you support.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and test automation, with a strong understanding of software quality engineering principles and best practices.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience automating web application testing using Playwright and C#, including designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
  • Experience leading QA teams in Agile environments, shaping testing strategies, improving automation coverage, and supporting high-quality software delivery.
  • Strong API testing and automation experience with SOAP and RESTful services, including functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data validation and backend testing.
  • Hands-on experience building and using AI-powered tools and intelligent agents to improve test automation, test case generation, defect identification, and testing workflows.
  • Experience integrating AI-driven testing solutions and agentic automation into existing QA frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A strong understanding of internet technologies.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related information technology field, or at least 7 years of industry experience.

What Will Help You Thrive

  • Curiosity about how software works and a drive to uncover problems, understand their causes, and help prevent them from recurring.
  • Initiative to dig into product specifications, identify missing details, and work with teammates to fill in the gaps.
  • The ability to explain testing approaches clearly, influence technical decisions, and help others strengthen their skills.
  • Enthusiasm for exploring new testing tools and turning promising ideas into practical improvements.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools.

What Success Looks Like

  • Teams have clear test strategies that address product requirements, complex workflows, and quality risks.
  • Scalable, maintainable automation expands coverage and catches defects earlier in development.
  • AI-powered tools and intelligent agents make testing more efficient and improve defect identification.
  • Your guidance helps teammates strengthen their testing practices and deliver reliable software with confidence.
