In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive capacity governance strategies aligned with business objectives and Wells Fargo Technology service delivery goals.
- Implement and optimize capacity monitoring tools and technologies
- Execute Suite of Controls within Capacity Governance: OMARS and Capacity Reporting and perform BAU Control Activities
- Save in restricted repository Control Output: including reports, communications, escalations, etc.,
- Administer the Capacity Portal and ensure the monthly submission of OMARS as well as Capacity Utilization Metrics
- Support Capacity Governance Team Lead in capacity onboarding activities as well engagement of Product Engineering Teams for onboarding into Capacity Governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various geographies to align capacity initiatives with business requirements and technical capabilities
- Define and maintain component-level server metrics for capacity management reporting and analysis. Identify opportunities to improve reporting infrastructure
- Communicate technical concepts and capacity governance insights effectively to executive leadership, stakeholders and technical teams
- Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies and areas for improvement

- 2+ years of Risk Management or Business Controls experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT Capacity Management, Capacity Planning, Capacity Design Optimization, Capacity Forecasting, Capacity Reporting.
- 4+ year of IT Service Delivery Interface including IT System Monitoring, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Service Level Management and Availability Management experience
- 4+ years of technical knowledge and experience with IT Operating Systems, Storage Devices, Databases and Network
- 2+ years of experience with Enterprise monitoring and visualization tools like Prometheus/Grafana, AppDynamics, Google logging, Elasticsearch, Splunk, Github, Big Panda and Service Now
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences
- 4+ years of experience in process automation, data engineering, Software engineering, and building automation pipelines
- Recent and demonstrated ability to influence management on technical or business solutions
- Experience in partnering with developers and architects from other teams to build solutions and resolve system and business problems
- Experience in facilitating analysis of current systems and problem identification and resolution
- Experience with configuring and supporting application capacity and performance modeling for server/serverless assets and network devices in advanced capacity governance and observability tools
- Understanding of Agile practices and ability to work with Agile teams to define and track user stories
- Proven ability to understand and communicate effectively about technical, complex compliance standards and policies
