In this role, you will:
- Serve as a subject matter expert and team support resource for complex operational processes across multiple teams.
- Provide guidance, peer coaching, and procedural support to help team members understand processes, resolve issues, and complete work accurately.
- Collaborate with group managers, peers, and cross-functional partners to support shared priorities, align work across teams, and implement data-driven strategies that support group and company goals.
- Perform complex analysis to identify trends, support team-level initiatives, and provide insights that help multiple teams execute business strategies effectively.
- Apply broad technical and business knowledge to anticipate emerging issues, connect impacts across teams, and support timely resolution.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable experience.
- Experience with lease and loan processing systems. Includes InfoLease, Lucus, and AIMS
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert, providing work direction, peer coaching, training, or process guidance to support team performance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including supporting team members, influencing without direct authority, building trust, supporting change, and helping others prioritize work.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, research, and process improvement skills.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, risk awareness, customer service, and communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
