Key Responsibilities


  • Business Requirements & Documentation
    • Lead cross-functional business requirements gathering efforts across product, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and technology stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirements documentation, functional requirements, process flows, and supporting artifacts.
    • Establish strong documentation governance, ensuring traceability from business objectives through implementation and operational execution.
    • Support feature and experience prioritization and requirements refinement.
  • Program Delivery Support
    • Serve as a core member of the debit card delivery team, coordinating documentation, requirements, and operational readiness efforts across workstreams.
    • Track dependencies, decisions, action items, and implementation deliverables to support successful execution.
    • Partner closely with product and program leadership to ensure strategic initiatives are translated into executable business processes.
    • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Operating Model & Playbook Development
    • Support the design of operating procedures, workflows, and playbooks that support debit card and money movement capabilities.
    • Document end-to-end operational processes and partner with operational teams to transition ownership and execution responsibilities.
  • Vendor & Operational Readiness Support
    • Participate in vendor evaluations, onboarding activities, and implementation planning.
    • Support contract reviews by documenting business requirements, service expectations, and operational dependencies.
    • Partner with product, operations, and vendor teams to ensure readiness for launch and ongoing support.
  • Qualifications
    • 5+ years of experience in card products, , payments, money movement, or financial services operations.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop business requirements, process documentation, and operational procedures for complex initiatives.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation quality.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology organizations.
    • Experience with business analysis, project management, supporting vendor implementations, operational readiness, or service delivery programs preferred.
    • Knowledge of payment systems, debit card programs, ACH, money movement, fraud controls, or regulatory frameworks preferred.
    • Strong written communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in banking, payments or fintech.
    • NACHA certification or payments-related experience is a plus.
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
