Presidio, Where Teamwork and Innovation Shape the Future
At Presidio, we're at the forefront of a global technology revolution, transforming industries through cutting-edge digital solutions and next-generation AI. We empower businesses - and their internal customers - to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.

The Role

Presidio's Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Enablement leads enablement initiatives across Technical and Sales Enablement - partnering with subject matter experts to ensure every program, course, or initiative has a clearly defined end state, the right audience, and the right content to meet that objective.

Enterprise Enablement is a newly combine team, and the whole team is building its structure, systems, and processes together; this person will assist with that broader effort as needed, but their primary mandate is to lead the definition and execution of enablement initiatives end to end - partnering with subject matter experts to shape content and creating content directly when they themselves are the subject matter expert. This person will also co-facilitate and, where appropriate, independently deliver enablement sessions such as Development Programs, Power Skills, onboarding, and project approach/engagement guide sessions alongside enablement leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead enablement initiatives - programs, courses, and other offerings - across Technical and Sales Enablement, ensuring each has a clearly defined end state, target audience, and content aligned to that objective
  • Partner with subject matter experts, practices, and leaders to gather, validate, and shape their expertise into enablement content; personally develop content directly when serving as the subject matter expert
  • Design enablement packages and delivery formats (e.g., workshops, eLearning, blended or multi-session programs) suited to each initiative's audience and objective
  • Coordinate the logistics, scheduling, and delivery of enablement sessions and programs
  • Gather participant feedback and conduct after-action reviews (AARs) to drive continuous improvement across enablement initiatives
  • Co-facilitate and, where appropriate, independently deliver enablement sessions for Development and Leadership Programs, Power Skills, onboarding, and project approach/engagement guide sessions
  • Ensure alignment of enablement initiatives to Enterprise Enablement's and the broader organization's strategic priorities and prioritize appropriately
  • Identify and mitigate risks - timeline, SME availability, content gaps - across enablement initiatives, escalating to leadership as needed
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates on enablement initiatives to leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose or reuse existing enablement content across initiatives rather than building from scratch
  • Apply change management principles to drive adoption of new enablement programs among their intended audience
  • Contribute to internal projects that strengthen or build frameworks for Presidio's practices, teams, or Enterprise Enablement's own structure, as part of the broader team effort to stand up this new function
  • Track and report on enablement initiative engagement and effectiveness, using feedback and AAR findings to inform iteration
  • Ensure enablement content and program materials are properly organized, tagged, and kept current within the team's learning management system (LMS) and content management system (CMS)
  • Stay current on enablement trends, learning technologies, and facilitation best practices

Required Skills and Professional Experience

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • Overall 7-10 years of experience in enablement, program management, or learning & development, spanning both technical and sales enablement contexts
  • Demonstrated experience leading enablement initiatives end-to-end - defining target audience, desired outcomes, and content approach in partnership with subject matter experts
  • Experience designing enablement packages and delivery formats suited to varied audiences and objectives
  • Experience gathering feedback and conducting after-action reviews (AARs) to drive continuous program improvement
  • Strong program/project management skills: able to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives and drive execution at scale
  • Comfortable creating content directly when serving as a subject matter expert, and equally comfortable partnering with SMEs to shape content otherwise
  • Ability to prioritize and sequence competing enablement requests against limited team capacity, in partnership with enablement leadership
  • Ability to translate an ambiguous business request into a clearly scoped enablement initiative with defined success criteria
  • Ability to influence and drive accountability across stakeholders and subject matter experts without formal authority over them
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships across technical and sales stakeholders
  • Ability to synthesize enablement program outcomes into clear, concise updates for senior leadership
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable coordinating and communicating across a distributed, cross-time-zone team (Global teams)
  • Comfortable joining a newly formed team where structure, process, and ways of working are still being established
  • AI-forward working style; actively uses AI tools to accelerate day-to-day work
  • Demonstrate excellent communications, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience

  • Familiarity with content and sales enablement platforms such as Brainshark, Bigtincan, or Showpad (or similar products)
  • Familiarity with project-tracking tools and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Background supporting both technical/engineering and sales audiences
  • Facilitation or train-the-trainer experience
  • Experience with enablement technologies (LMS, CMS, e-learning or microlearning platforms)
