Own Presidio’s corporate social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, including content production, publishing, community management, paid campaigns, analytics, and budget oversight. Build and scale an employee advocacy program, recruit internal advocates, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns with marketing, communications, sales, talent acquisition, and partners. Produce short-form video and other native content, manage social tools and reporting, and optimize programs based on audience engagement, pipeline contribution, and performance data.

Leads product marketing strategy and delivery for enterprise technology portfolios spanning security, networking, AI, and intelligent operations. Develops messaging, value propositions, solution briefs, sales enablement materials, executive presentations, and other marketing assets. Coordinates design partners, program managers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on schedule. Partners with product management, sales, solution architects, subject matter experts, creative teams, and executives to increase delivery capacity and operational efficiency.

Designs cross-practice enterprise AI architectures spanning compute, networking, storage, cloud, cybersecurity, data, applications, governance, and managed services. Applies TOGAF ADM to create architecture deliverables, technology roadmaps, statements of work, and implementation governance. Collaborates with consulting, sales, presales, engineering, partners, and executive clients to translate business outcomes into scalable AI solutions. Requires expertise in AI infrastructure, agentic AI, MLOps, data platforms, and enterprise architecture, with substantial territory and national travel.

Designs end-to-end AI solutions aligned with customer outcomes and Presidio capabilities. Partners with sales, engineering, product, and customers on discovery, proposals, RFPs, demonstrations, architectural reviews, and technical feasibility. Creates solution diagrams, reference architectures, and technical documentation; advises customers and supports adoption. The role also mentors junior technical staff, contributes to architecture best practices, and stays current on AI/ML, cloud, data platforms, and modern application architectures.

Deploys, supports, and improves Managed Services Gateways across cloud and virtualization platforms. Administers Linux, Kubernetes (Rancher), VMware/Hyper-V, networking and firewalls; automates workflows; triages escalations; documents runbooks; coordinates with clients and teams; participates in on-call and lifecycle/security initiatives.

Leads executive discovery, consulting opportunity strategy, solution architecture, proposals, SOWs, commercialization, and delivery mobilization for enterprise data, analytics, AI, and GenAI engagements. Coordinates with engineering, sales, lab management, and vendors while supporting site operations, safety, access, capacity planning, and technology introductions. The role is onsite and requires lifting equipment up to 50 pounds, with approximately 10% travel.

Leads technical presales for state, local, education, and regulated-industry clients. Designs compliant managed-services solutions, develops proposals and ROI cases, supports RFPs, navigates public-sector procurement, and translates regulatory requirements into value propositions. Builds relationships with government and regulated-industry stakeholders, educates sales teams, monitors compliance and public-sector trends, and collaborates with technology partners. The remote Continental U.S. role requires up to 30% travel and U.S. citizenship.
