Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Manager for Android devices to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the device lifecycle for mobile products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including external OEM partners, engineering, marketing, sales and care, to ensure that our products meet customer needs, exceed expectations, and drive business growth. A desire to self-start projects and take initiative is a must

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage external relationships with Android OEMs on a day-to-day basis, facilitating communications on product development and certification activities between Boost Mobile and Android OEMs
- Facilitate requirements publication to Android OEMs and product feature lockdown against specifications, including device technology, feature integration, and network interoperability
- Influence internal stakeholders and communicate at the executive level to align on product decisions and meet delivery timelines
- Manage device delivery, change management, and prioritize initiatives for business impact
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Own cross Android OEM communications for VAS app releases, chipset patch tracking, project scope for MVNO SOW's, etc.
- Own one or more special projects/processes for the overall Android Product Management team (i.e. Project Plan template updates and app SME, project sponsor for internal programs, etc.)
- Support ad hoc requirements requests that impact device OEMs and the business; ensuring that all proper stakeholders are identified and that all appropriate teams are engaged to drive resolution for the project
- Identifies and communicates project dependencies
- Develops project reports that highlight recent accomplishments, project timeline, and escalated risks/issues with appropriate action plans
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 5-7 years of experience in a Product Management or equivalent role or combination of education and on job experience
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with team members and business partners
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create executive level presentations summarizing the status of projects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience with end to end Android product development and launch
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, prioritize and perform under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency with minimal direction and supervision
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver results despite challenges
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of business principles as well as a technical acumen and ability to synthesize new technology concepts at a fast pace
- Able to breakdown complex problems into simple solutions focused on important customer needs
- Experience communicating and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Extreme curiosity and appetite for learning and growth
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
