Job Duties and Responsibilities
As we continue the roll-out of our 5G network, and navigate the changing landscape in television, we are looking to invest in growing our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities. This individual will be a key contributor in building and enhancing this capability.
Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Products and User Experience - the Manager, Digital Products will lead a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers within our large enterprise organization. This critical role will oversee a portfolio of digital products supporting various lines of business and will require close collaboration with business partners, cross-functional teams, and IT engineering. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, relationship builder, an advocate for lean-agile practices and digital transformation. Ultimately, this leader will ensure that the digital products within their portfolio are creating value for the business and advancing the end users experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Digital Product Managers within a squad/pod model, fostering professional development and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with overall business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing, operations, and IT engineering to drive successful product development and launches.
  • Establish a strong partnership with IT engineering to foster innovation, ownership, and alignment with product and business strategies.
  • Champion digital transformation with lean-agile practices while working with UX researchers and designers to ensure a user-centric approach.
  • Define and track key product KPIs, maintain transparency with stakeholders, and communicate product status, updates, and achievements effectively.


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years experience and proven track record managing a team of digital product managers in a large enterprise environment


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to coach and mentor digital product managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support for professional growth and skill development.
  • Expertise in defining and communicating product visions, translating them into actionable strategies, and developing roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management for efficient product delivery.
  • Proficiency in conducting user research and leveraging analytics tools to track KPIs, measure success, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and gain buy-in for new initiatives.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
