Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of Social Media Product Management will drive the strategy and execution of social media technology product initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing social media insights tools, ensuring effective adoption and integration, and managing key projects related to social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Product Management:
- Lead the development and management of social media product strategies, roadmaps, and ROI, specifically for platforms such as Sprinklr
- Understand, implement, and refine AI capabilities in managed social media technology products
- Ensure proper system integrations and data management across social media platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their social media insights needs, enhancements, and integrations
- Drive product adoption, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and ROI
Social Media Platform Management:
- Optimize adoption and performance of social media platforms
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers related to social media
- Track platform metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Manage and maintain ROI for each social media platform
- Build frameworks that harness data insights to fuel groundbreaking product innovations, enhance user experiences, and drive operational excellence
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project and product status related to social media
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to achieve social media project goals
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the social media product management team
- Set clear objectives and support team members in achieving their goals
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
- 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly with social media platforms such as Sprinklr
- 7+ years of customer experience and/or market research, particularly leveraging social media insights tools
- 7+ years of experience managing vendor relationships and ROI of system and tool investments
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering successful product outcomes in social media
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skills

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year
