This role partners closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure technology solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with business outcomes. The role combines platform ownership, technical integration, vendor coordination, governance alignment, and stakeholder engagement, supporting high-impact legal technology initiatives across the enterprise.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

This role partners closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure technology solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with business outcomes. The role combines platform ownership, technical integration, vendor coordination, governance alignment, and stakeholder engagement, supporting high-impact legal technology initiatives across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage and support SaaS-based enterprise tools through their full lifecycle - from discovery and proof-of-concept through production rollout and ongoing operations.
- Proven experience coordinating with external vendors on feature requests, escalations, and roadmap alignment, while engaging internal business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact between Legal, Corporate Technology, and vendor partners.
- Provide clear status updates, delivery milestones, and risk awareness to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead or participate in working sessions, technical reviews, and vendor syncs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a technical platform engineering, systems integration, or enterprise application role, with at least 2 years supporting Legal Technology enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms (e.g., OnIT, Ironclad, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Conga, or similar), including configuration, integration, or rollout support.
- Working knowledge of APIs, SSO/identity integrations, and enterprise system connectivity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences - comfortable presenting to senior Legal, Compliance, or Procurement leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Awareness of AI governance, privacy, or risk frameworks
- Experience with enterprise application integrations, preferably in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
