Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Strategy & Roadmapping:
- Define 3-year architecture roadmaps for Corporate Functions (HR, ServiceNow, Legal, Corporate Security).
- Align corporate domain strategies to enterprise cloud, AI, security, and data architecture standards.
- Drive modernization by leveraging Azure Cloud, serverless patterns, and enterprise integration strategies.
Solution Architecture & Delivery:
- Lead solution architecture for ERP systems, COTS platforms, ServiceNow capabilities, and corporate security applications.
- Architect scalable, secure, cloud-aligned solutions using Azure Cloud services, including Azure AI and Azure Data Factory.
- Define and implement integration patterns between ERP, COTS, ServiceNow, enterprise data platforms, and corporate applications.
- Deliver architecture within Agile/SAFe frameworks and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
Technology Leadership:
- Serve as the senior technical authority across Corporate Systems technology domains.
- Apply hands-on understanding of UML, Java, and Python to guide solution design, code-level reviews, and engineering feasibility discussions.
- Provide oversight on data and analytics architectures--experience with Databricks is a plus.
- Stay current with innovations in AI, automation, ServiceNow, security, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
Governance & Influence:
- Establish architectural standards, reusable patterns, and governance practices.
- Drive architectural decisions through influence, communication, and data-driven recommendations.
- Mentor architects and engineers to elevate architecture maturity and technical depth.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years architecting enterprise business applications.
- Minimum 5 years as an Enterprise Architecture leading complex corporate technology portfolios.
- Experience with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce) and COTS solutions across corporate domains.
- Working knowledge of Azure Cloud, Azure AI, and/or Azure Data Factory.
- Strong grounding in application, data, security, and integration architecture.
- Experience designing solutions using ServiceNow, HR systems, and/or corporate security technologies.
- Familiarity with UML, and hands-on exposure to Java or Python.
- Experience delivering solutions in Agile or SAFe environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred:
- Industry experience in insurance or financial services.
- Experience with Databricks, modern data platforms, and enterprise analytics.
