Leads Celigo’s full-funnel demand generation engine across digital campaigns, content, thought leadership, webinars, brand amplification, and SDR operations. Owns marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, attribution, funnel reporting, paid media ROI, account-based programs, and inbound-to-SDR handoffs. Manages SDR performance and AI SDR tools while partnering with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Lead Celigo’s brand marketing strategy across positioning, website, content, creative, SEO, AI-driven search visibility, and thought leadership. Manage brand awareness metrics, inbound demand programs, campaigns, and website growth experiments. Build and mentor a multidisciplinary brand, content, and creative team while partnering with Product Marketing, Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to strengthen brand impact and pipeline.

Lead co-marketing and alliance programs with strategic partners (AWS, Microsoft, Shopify, SAP). Translate partner GTM into joint demand-gen, messaging, MDF management, enablement materials, event/marketplace participation, and performance reporting to drive partner-sourced pipeline.

Build and maintain Celigo’s React component library and synchronized Figma design system. Prototype interactions, animations, and AI-assisted workflows; define usage guidelines and accessibility standards; review front-end implementations for design fidelity; and enable UX, content, product, and engineering teams through tooling, documentation, teaching, and collaboration. The role combines strong UX sensibility with production-quality TypeScript and React development.

Own the full sales cycle for commercial customers: prospect, qualify, conduct discovery, demo Celigo's iPaaS, coordinate technical evaluations, use AI tools and Salesforce to forecast, meet revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to close deals.

Lead strategy and execution for Core Platform, AI, API management, and data ingestion products. Manage and develop senior PMs, drive AI product-market fit, operationalize AI-first PM practices, support sales and analyst relations, and own multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue and retention.

Architect, build, and maintain Snowflake-based ELT pipelines and production data models. Implement observability, data quality, and governance; optimize cost and freshness. Partner with Analytics, Product, and Engineering, use dbt/CI-CD and AI-assisted tooling, and participate in reviews and architecture planning to support analytics, BI, and ML.

Lead and scale Celigo's Account Management organization, owning net revenue retention, expansion ARR, and renewals. Build operating models, playbooks, and analytics; manage three AM teams via Regional Directors; maintain executive customer relationships; partner cross-functionally on sales handoffs, product feedback, and AM tech stack to drive retention and growth.

Lead and build an enterprise architecture practice from scratch: govern application portfolio, drive application rationalization and SaaS cost savings, establish architecture principles and lightweight review processes, use AI to analyze and prioritize consolidation and renewal risk, extend governance to AI agents, and align architecture decisions to business outcomes through collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and domain leads.

Own and scale ERP partner relationships end-to-end: recruit, enable, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Build GTM strategies, coordinate cross-functionally, remove partner obstacles, monitor KPIs, manage contracts/renewals, and iterate programs using data and AI-driven insights to grow Celigos ERP partner ecosystem.

Own and grow channel partner relationships from identification to activation. Build partner practices with cross-functional teams, use CRM/PRM and AI tools to research and accelerate outreach, track KPIs to diagnose and fix partner issues, and surface market insights to leadership to scale partner-sourced revenue.

Design and deliver scalable integrations on Celigo integrator.io connecting ERP and cloud apps. Implement data mappings, APIs, and AI/agentic workflows; perform testing, go-live support, and optimization. Mentor junior developers, train customers, and ensure performance, security, and governance best practices.

Work onsite with enterprise customers to identify AI automation opportunities, design and build production-grade agentic solutions using Celigo's AI Studio and MCP servers, integrate ERPs and SaaS systems, manage APIs and data transformations, run POCs/MVPs, validate and support deployments, and provide customer enablement and mentorship.

Design and execute digital-first customer engagement strategies using automation and AI. Build AI-powered agents, personalized in-app journeys, and Celigo/Gainsight workflows to improve adoption, time-to-value, and retention. Partner cross-functionally, analyze engagement data, define success metrics, and document repeatable frameworks to scale customer success programs.

Manage and grow channel partnerships by serving as primary partner contact, developing joint initiatives with internal teams, monitoring partnership KPIs, providing market insights, and resolving conflicts to drive revenue and strategic alignment.
