CLA is growing and seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to join our internal team. This position offers an opportunity to partner with clients and CLA project teams on the people side of large-scale data, technology, process, and digital transformation initiatives.

How You’ll Create Opportunities in This Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant Role
  • Partner with clients to understand strategic objectives, business needs, stakeholders, and risks associated with large-scale process, data, and technology transformations.
  • Assess change scope, complexity, organizational readiness, and employee impacts to determine the appropriate change management approach.
  • Develop and implement employee-focused change strategies that increase adoption, utilization, and proficiency with new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Create integrated change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, sponsorship, coaching, resistance management, and reinforcement.
  • Facilitate change readiness, strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and team effectiveness workshops.
  • Develop and manage change roadmaps, timelines, project plans, impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption measures.
  • Collaborate with client leaders and CLA project teams to integrate change management activities into broader project and implementation plans.
  • Monitor change progress, adoption, resistance, and organizational risks, adjusting strategies to help clients achieve sustainable business outcomes.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, communications, human resources, change management, or a related field. A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in place of a degree.
  • Four years of experience in organizational change management, project management, transformation consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption, or resistance management activities.
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle approaches.
What Would Be Nice to Have
  • Prosci, Certified Change Management Professional, or another recognized change management certification.
  • Experience supporting technology, data, digital, process, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in a professional services, consulting, or client-facing environment.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations to client leaders and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, communication plans, training strategies, and adoption measurement.
Travel Requirements

This position requires less than 10% travel.
